Operation Manager
Location: Whitefield, Benagaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
Act as a local manager and as a liaison to HQ.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all office activity to ensure work is being done to required standards and ensure regular feedback is administered

Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
-
Manage office rota, ensuring staff are punctual
-
Motivate employees and ensure they are engaged
-
Oversee onboarding and training of new staff
-
Create a pleasant environment and positive work culture within the office
-
Manage employee issues as they arise
-
Work with IT helpdesk manager to ensure employees have the appropriate technical setups
-
Proactively seek opportunities for processes improvements and suggest these to HQ where relevant
Skills and experience:
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Excellent English and communication skills
-
Experience in working with Western companies would be an advantage
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field would be preferred but not required
-
A strong interest in cricket would be an advantage
