Operation Manager

Location: Whitefield, Benagaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
 

Job Description:
Act as a local manager and as a liaison to HQ.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all office activity to ensure work is being done to required standards and ensure regular feedback is administered

  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures

  • Manage office rota, ensuring staff are punctual

  • Motivate employees and ensure they are engaged

  • Oversee onboarding and training of new staff

  • Create a pleasant environment and positive work culture within the office

  • Manage employee issues as they arise

  • Work with IT helpdesk manager to ensure employees have the appropriate technical setups

  • Proactively seek opportunities for processes improvements and suggest these to HQ where relevant

 
Skills and experience:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent English and communication skills

  • Experience in working with Western companies would be an advantage

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field would be preferred but not required

  • A strong interest in cricket would be an advantage
